Customer Service

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM (CST) on Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday nor during US Holidays. Orders placed during this time, will ship the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. 

P.O. BOXES

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders require signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All shipping charges are included with your purchase.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment 

confirmation via e-mail.
